What’s the problem? The effects of lack of resources diminishing fertility in communities where resources are stretched? Almost like lack of resources and overpopulation cause changes to how a species procreates.

Sometimes I feel like the only person who watched National Geographic and took anything away from it.

Not to be cold and scientific, but if:

A growing body of scientific evidence shows that infertile men are more prone to disease and tend to die younger than fertile men. The incidences of cancer and cardiovascular disease are also higher among infertile men. And beyond fertility, quality sperm can also protect the health of children, and even grandchildren, by reducing the risk of passing on lifestyle-influenced genetic changes that can result in a host of health problems, from obesity to neurodevelopmental disorders. An infertile man could even pass on his infertility to his offspring during medically assisted fertilization.

As a population, like every other species, we got here because the species passed on the traits that helped pass on traits. I feel like passing down infertility over and over is going to eventually cause sterile offspring.

      Umm… You can’t pass on infertility… Because, uhhh…

Ok, you kinda can, but I think the problem is self correcting.

Couldn’t it be something that causes fertility issues without making them completely infertile? The problem could get worse with each generation until complete infertility happens.

Oh…can I forego that vasectomy then? What ever happened to that shoulder cream that was basically a birth control for men?

Anyways. Don’t have kids guys and gals, however you can. Enjoy the end times while you can, cuz most of us are already just partying at the end of the world.
