You probably paid for the wrong subscription. Most BMW owners pay for the tailgating subscription, so they can stay as close as possible to the car in front. Just call your dealership and they can change the subscription from indicators to tailgating for only 499€.

The left seat heater is on, just cancel the subscription.
It’s only a problem if it comes and goes. Then your headlight oil sensor is probably shot. Heads up: it’s not a cheap fix.
It should switch off automatically after you’ve overtaken the other cars once the car blocking you moves out of the way…
