You are 100% correct.
This is a clickbait headline. The full information is: “Apple is planning to eliminate social media support advisor roles across Twitter, YouTube, and the Apple Support Community website…”
The headline is expecting people to click to read what Twitter and YouTube did to piss off big daddy Apple however they are also eliminating their own community website.
“Enjoy your remaining years!”
“Enjoy fucking Jules!”
Iconic.
Memmy is the best iOS app I have found. We shall see if Voyager beats it out when the actual app releases!
Looking forward to trying out the updated build!
Was this a few years ago? This is no longer true.
The past 3 years, I have shared the service with 3 friends, one of which lives in a different state and we have had no issues. You just add them to your Google Account as “family” and they login their own devices.
There is some weirdness where YouTubeTV gives you 5 family shares, but only 3 total streams (outside your home’s WIFI) can be active at once. That’s why I limited the sharing to 3 total.
You should give it another try!
So you can confirm the swipe back freezing issue is resolved on the iOS app? I’ve seen people say it’s still there.
If it is resolved, I am very excited to use it!
Wow yeah $100 is steep. I’m not even sure if I would have paid $100 for Apollo for Reddit in its prime…
Is $115 an exaggeration? Not trying to start an argument, just curious.
I used the rocks to destroy the rocks.
“Sweet, an actual meme post not just more discussion about Sync for Lemmy!”
“Oh…”
All valid points! Still bothers me though! Haha
I would say its mostly organic since a good amount of discussion is negative feedback about ads and the paid tiers.
I’m surprised more people do not talk about this. Its easily the most annoying trope for me. Could you imagine hearing your machine beep through processing for 8-10 hours at a time each day? Its asinine to even consider anyone in these technology roles would deal with that.
I’ve actually figured it out.
Reddit.API replace with Lemmy.API. We’re in!
Agreed! Sadly, I have seen it reported that the actual app version has the random freeze as well. Hopefully that’s able to be resolved now that its an app.
The .world issue is likely Lemmy related as lemmy.world had lots of issues today.
Why are you considering the small font size an issue when there is an option available to adjust it?
