If you want to curtail political posting; it is REQUIRED that you approach the mods of the !memes community.
The other posters won’t make that change for you; but you can block the garbage posters when they appear in your feed and it does help some.
I’ve managed to winnow down the shitposters of !memes and I only see new and decent posters of (reasonably good) memes that actually make me chuckle.
Also be the change. Downvote (or block if you can’t) anyone posting shitty memes.
