Oh yes, improve security by mandating that everyone uses higher level languages that encourage importing libraries.
I hate to pull the AI card, but AI has a better chance of catching low level language type issues than forcing people to use tools they didn’t want to has of accomplishing anything positive.
Netflix, steam, and Spotify got me out of piracy. Companies who owned the IP just decided they all wanted to replicate what Netflix did without understanding that it was impossible for more than one company to accomplish that.

Funny thing that, European countries haven’t lasted nearly as long as the US on average: revolutions, conquest, coups. Only a couple of monarchies and even those had some big changes in the way the government is structured like with constitutional changes. The US, though, has a ton of new laws but is fundamentally unchanged.

Two guys breaking into cars got caught, one went quietly while the other ran, drove off, and (much later) hit some cyclists killing them. Both charged with murder.
Their only duties are administrative. Draw lines with chalk, collect evidence, fill out paperwork.

Did you own a Galaxy before? For how long? In my experience Samsung does this through updates over time. Your S23 is good for up to about 6 years or until around 2028-2029; you will have this stuff pushed to your phone by end of 2024.
The problem with all the phone reviewers is they put zero thought/effort into the patterns of brands in how they support past models past mentioning how long you get security patches for. Reviewers just do not talk about this on past models in relation to new models.
