A human rights organization has submitted a document to the International Criminal Court accusing the former US president, as well as his secretary of state Antony Blinken, and his secretary of defense Lloyd Austin.
I mean it’s ICC… so US supreme court has no jurisdiction over their decisions. ICC has an arrest warrent on Netanyahu and his defence minister Yoav Gallant, if the US could veto it they would.
Of course, they also don’t exactly have power anywhere either. Hence the warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant haven’t exactly bothered them in the least.
