And it’s not just animals that do stupid shit based on instinct, or rather it’s not just non-human animals; humans have tons of occasionally counterproductive instincts / cognitive biases too. Instincts are so weird. And it’s not just animals that do stupid shit based on instinct, or rather it’s not just non-human animals; humans have tons of occasionally counterproductive instincts / cognitive biases too.
