Using Chrome, I can open Dev Tools, click the Network tab, and scroll to find the videos on the page I’m looking at. This one from gamedev tv is called video13.ts.

Here’s how to try it:

1. Navigate to the page with the video you want
2. In your browser, open dev tools (typical shortcut F12)
3. CTRL-F5 to reload the page
4. In the Network tab of your dev tools, click the largest file

I think you’re giving the author too much credit here, they weren’t clear about what they meant. If they were trying to describe message encryption in general they should have used general terms, instead they chose to describe a specific message and then failed to identify which one.
