And KHTML! Basically, KDE work is the foundation of the browser engines behind Chromium and Safari.
That’s also confusing and it is not the full saying. The full saying is “free as in free speech, not free beer”.
From the FSF website:
Free software is a matter of liberty, not price. Think of “free” as in “free speech”, not as in “free beer”. Free software is a matter of the users’ freedom to run, copy, distribute, study, change and improve the software.
What? 1 °C is absolutely a fine enough stepping for everything the average human will want to convey about temperature.
Yay Gwendoline Christie, for me always immortalised as Brienne of Tarth!
Not true. As the other commenter noted, bacteriophages (which are viruses) are released from the infected bacterium through the lysis of the bacterium in question. The death of the “host” is literally essential to their multiplication.
I genuinely can’t tell at whom you are addressing this. Those claiming it is a Windows problem or those that say otherwise?

Maybe just being interested in science lol?
If it fits the community, just post away. Not everyone browses All.
Not a single real language 😈
People using the cross for scalar multiplication are insane
Interesting, but there’s not much meat to this story yet. We’ll see how it’ll be
I agree. For me, it wasn’t Kenobi but Book of Boba Fett. I really enjoyed the show, however, when I went online, somehow all Star Wars fans called it the worst ever made.
It depends. In the proper field with the right topic, dissertations can absolutely contain very valuable and novel conclusions derived from the doctoral candidate’s experiments.
Nah it was actually funny. Americans are hyper-sensitive when it comes to 9/11 but not the hundreds of thousands or millions of deaths your government has caused in the subsequent “war on terror”.
I would like to try. I am a very passionate GNU/Linux user and advocate who spends much time on Lemmy and who would like to keep future discussion in this community civil and on-topic. But I do not have any modding experience so far, however, I have successfully helped transition friends and local institutions (partially) to GNU/Linux and to use FOSS programs.
Whoa the disrespect. The way she threw away C++ haha
Also, the whole thing was next-level cringe
