Was pretty skeptical about all this stuff, but it seems like y’all have succeeded in moving a good chunk of people from Reddit to this new place, which hopefully bodes well for the future.
As long as there is enough people here to have a thriving discussion, we can be self-sustaining.
I’d also like to encourage everybody to attempt to post something interesting. A pet theory. A reinterpretation of a scene. It doesn’t really matter. You can only get better by doing and we all benefit from new ideas. Don’t be afraid to sound like a fool. It’s kinda my default state and I’m still here.

There are a bunch of other servers with existing communities set up - you can connect to them from here with your startrek.website account.
Searching them is a tiny bit tricky - if you’re the first person here to search for it, it won’t show up because that server hasn’t connected to this server, so go to https://browse.feddit.de/, find communities you like, and connect to them using:

If you’re the first person to connect, the subscriber stats are all wrong (and some posts may not load). Give it a few minutes and refresh. I’ve seen subs jump from 6 subscribers and 0 comments on every post, to 300+ subscribers and 20+ comments on each post.
Once you subscribe, other people can find the community more easily on the “All” page here. So you’re getting more content, AND you’re helping others find more communities!
