Maybe he shouldn’t have raged so much to wear them out faster. Being calm all the time (from his theory) could’ve easily extended his life a decade or two. Mean it’s probably not a lot of energy at a time but he’s always raging at something it must be draining.
Trump has said he’s never had anything to ask God for forgiveness about (something very similar if not that), he pushed his lies with a hurricane and drew a sharpie on a map to show he was correct (he wasn’t) and I’m pretty sure that’s all it took to get him on board to dissolve that federal service.

Wasn’t the electoral college and impeachment bits supposed to be safeguard from people like Trump? I’m actually curious because I’m not American but so many things I’ve read said those were supposed to help that sort of thing. Not that it’s helped.

Guessing this was before Trump lied about FEMA assistance so Trump barked out some orders to deny more for now so he can be right. Politically I can see how it’d hurt Democrats, so maybe not Trump’s idea,which is even worse because in the end it’ll be the residents who have to deal with it. I’d hazard a guess he always uses the royal we, I haven’t analyzed it in depth but he really can’t think outside himself. As a neighbor to the US the amount of votes he receives is terrifying, I thought the general public was better but learned soon after COVID it was not. No need to worry about your fellow man if he’s dead after all right? Like even if a party wanted to do most of his platform cough heritage foundation it’d at least be more palatable (to understand) than them wanting to vote in someone who wants to loot their treasury and just avoid jail…unless they’re all criminals…huh.
According to Wikipedia a candidate needs 270 electoral votes to win, if no one gets 270 votes then it goes to the other vote. All I’m saying is one avenue I’ve read about is they are trying to have enough people in place to ensure the Democratic candidate can’t get the electoral votes to win to force the house to vote by not certifying their states’s results.
I’m not saying it’s likely or possible, that’s beyond my knowledge of the process so I really have no clue, but that’s slightly different than the VP not certifying the votes though it’s the same end result.
I thought states needed to certify before it got to Congress? This would be not sending any results period so the VP isn’t involved yet. Least that’s my understanding.
