It includes her mail in ballot. She dies. Then you take her last unsent mail to the mailbox. It would be post marked after her death. Is that a legit vote?

Also I happened to notice our mail in ballots say “no power of attorney” so presumably the person has to be able to fill out and sign it themselves.
