This happens every time I reset my Fold 5 on Android 14 and randomly in the past.
What I do now is to set a “Routine” to start the application each time I plug in my phone into a power plug and I check it each time I plug it in.
Not exactly a solution but at least I haven’t had a problem since.
Sometimes when I have a ton of work to do and I can’t even get myself to eat my Ritalin. I end up play League for 4 hours and then scramble(panic) working the other 4 hours extremely effectively when others need 6.
Then I can’t sleep at night because the adrenaline is still in my body.

This is my setup using the 3, 2, 1 rule:
3: Raid 5 setup with 2 unused drives and setup to automatically spool up and recover if one of the drives starts failing. 2: off-site at the father in laws house (using a Xpenology super tiny PC and an external drive) 1: Monthly Backblaze
While there is risk, it’s def safer if not safer than Google drive.
I will get downvoted for this but a Synology Nas is simple and does 90% of what google will do. They also have their own DDNS or you can use whatever you like.
Downside is tou have to buy their hardware. Unless you do the Xpenology route.

As someone with ADHD with severe hyperfocus, I feel you. Just once I want to think about nothing. Even with meds, it only helps me defocus. Doesn’t stop the thinking.

With my ADHD, the first 3-5 minutes in a conversation with a new person, I have some sort of attention. In these 3 -5 minutes, I used their names in the conversion a bunch of times.
