Smarttube really does work well, if your good with messing around a bit I’ve spun up android vm’s and the other android tools on Linux to watch smarttube with a bluetooth remote.
What about innertune? It’s just YouTube music with no videos.
SmartTube is pretty great for android TV.
Raspberry pi would be a good place to start.
I would go to your installed apps in settings and look for apps you don’t remember installing. A quick search will tell you what they are, then remove any suspect apps.
Long press on the notification and see what app is sending it.

Sure, you can pick from a whole world of different LEDs, and drivers. But there are also a bunch of cheap headlamps that are small and bright.
The Linux and nvidia situation is getting better, I haven’t had problems in a while.
Lately I switch between connect, unified remote, and steam link for the same reason. I also have a backup mini wireless keyboard for when none of them want to work right.
AIO is pretty interesting so far, I just paid for it and i never so that.
