It’s a hyper loop!
It’s a hyper loop!
Haven’t been following current anime. Started watching Dungeon Meshi because I like the idea and it looked fun. Absolutely in love with it.
To scratch the fantasy anime itch between episodes I started watching Frieren: Beyond journey’s end. Hooked me with the first episode and has only been getting better!
The first time I saw a bag like that, I was shocked as well. Seems like just the worst idea to use plastic to create tea bags. Turns out it is and they weren’t made out of plastic. It’s a starch based fiber that is biodegradable. I don’t think you could have plastic tea bags here in the EU in any case. I’d wager yours isn’t plastic either. Yeah, so you probably got mildly infuriated over nothing, just like I did the first time I saw one of these 🤷
If your games are on steam, you’re already not owning them. The only difference seems to be that steam doesn’t demand a monthly subscription cost, yet
We already have game pass so it’s not like this is something completely new either.
If this makes money, other big publishers will join and in 10 years it’s the norm.
Personally, I’ll try my best to keep buying on GOG and itch.io where I get to actually own my games.
I’ve been looking forward to continue Jujutsu Kaisen, but I can hardly remember season 1. It seems to have been overwritten by Chainsaw Man and Demon Slayer in my head.
Watching season 2 was a bit confusing at first, especially because it’s about events that happen before season 1. But now I’m wondering what I ever liked about the series. The characters are bland, the abilities and powers feel inconsistent. But most damning of all is the constant exposition. Every fart has to be explained by a character and it’s somehow simultaneously unnecessarily complicated and boring. But the animation is great!
On the upside I gave Pluto on Netflix another shot. The first time I bounced off it after the first 15min. This time I made it through the first episode, which didn’t quite hook me either. But after hearing so much praise about it, I immediately went into episode 2 and finally got it. Reminded me of sci-fi classics like Ghost in the Shell and Blade Runner. And of Watchmen, the comic in particular. Haven’t finished it yet, but would also highly recommend it to anyone interested in dense, philosophical sci-fi!
Maybe oldschool Dragon Balls or Rurouni Kenshin? I wonder if Hunter x Hunter or One Piece might be better? I’ve only watched the former a bit and I think it has significantly less graphic violence at least. Alternatively maybe something completely silly like Samurai Pizza Cats.
Can’t imagine why 😆 Man, I love AMVs! The happy tone of the music is an interesting contrast to the violence on screen. The whole video reminds me a lot of one of my favorites: AMV NGE Metallica “Waste my Hate”
He’s building a Tesla factory in Germany. So that might be why. Also it’s not just a right wing party, but the most extreme right wing party in Germany that isn’t forbidden yet.
For me it’s one of the main cast of Samurai Champloo. Afaik it’s Japanese and means infinite.
That looks promising!
Hard to prove wrong
Not attempting stand-up, too
