I usually right click the window in the app bar and choose the “stay on top” option. This issue only happens in Wayland, also. in X11 it stays on top as expected.

I’d say that removing Nazi-era misinformation is pretty important, actually.
Sure, maybe they’re good at concentrating their attention. Concentrating it into a laser that you can’t aim or turn on or off at will. It’s just a randomly-firing laser of attention that is blasting everywhere you don’t need it to. Great super power. /s
Similar to Silence, a Signal fork that worked over SMS that I used to use. Glad to see the idea is still alive.
Unless you desperately need to free up room in your tiny SSD to make room for Baldur’s Gate 3. I recently used a tool like this to get rid of a bunch of old logs and things and managed to free up tens of gigabytes of precious space.
I highly recommend configuring qBittorrent to only connect to the VPN interface, so if your VPN is off it will simply not connect to the internet at all.
I use it and it works very well.
Rnote is currently the best for handwritten notes in my opinion, but its organization is minimal. I have never found a 1:1 replacement for OneNote, but luckily I no longer need it desperately like I did a decade ago.
That’s where I stopped. It was a perfect miniseries. I saw there was going to be a second season and I just rolled my eyes and resolved not to watch it. The first season ended perfectly to me.
Generally oyster mushrooms grow out of a tree, usually hardwood, and I have only ever seen them with a shape like an oyster shell — meaning that they are not circular, but have a distinct “back.”
The mushrooms in this picture also have a little circle on top where the stem meets the cap, something I have never seen on a oyster mushroom. And the gills don’t blend into the stem. I would say there is basically no chance of these being oyster mushrooms, unless they are some weird regional variant I am not familiar with.
I would be wary, because these don’t appear to be growing on wood, and some of the photos make them appear to have a circular umbrella shape.
What is broken that it needs to be updated to fix? I use it every day and it works fine.
Sadly, it is. It didn’t get any updates for years at one point, too.
Someone has been defacing OpenStreetMap with stuff like this for months as well. It’s pretty sad.
Yes, the generic names make it a nightmare to search for things relating to them.
This kind of thing is why I hate Google Maps. There is no way to ensure that edits are carried out based on your local knowledge, whereas with OpenStreetMap you can just go make the changes that need to be made. It’s been very satisfying for me to go contribute to OpenStreetMap when I see that paths are added or changed, so that the map reflects reality. Meanwhile Google Maps won’t even move an entire park that is in the wrong place.
People procrastinate, but I’m pretty sure that most people don’t sit in a cloud of anxiety, unable to do any work but also unable to do something fun, for six hours while staring at the wall unable to do anything. I’m pretty sure that when most people want to work, they just do so. I think that screaming at yourself to work but being unable to start is like, some kind of disorder… 🤔
It means ACAB: “all cops are bastards.”
You don’t have to be chronically late to be diagnosed with ADHD. I am never later for anything, but that’s due to some good coping mechanisms I learned over the years (that basically amount to “do nothing before the event and leave an hour early”)
It’s possible to have ADHD and good coping mechanisms that mean you don’t meet every single hyperspecific criteria on a list like this. Hell, you might even cope so well that you didn’t get bad grades in school. The diagnostic criteria looks for focus deficiency, executive dysfunction, impulsivity, restlessness, poor working memory. There are standardized tests for this.
They take a lot longer than 2 weeks to begin rooting, in my experience. But if you leave them in the water they’ll root eventually.
As a side note, the babies will not have yellow leaf edges. This type of sansevieria reverts to an all-green variety when propped this way. If you want to keep the yellow edges, you have to prop them by letting them bud off the main root.
