As sb. with photic sneeze reflex, I’m yet to see that “god” chasing the sun away, unfortunately

So, the whole xz backdoor saga was merely a figment of my imagination?
We have minecrafts on linux. One useful-ish thing that I can think of (and currently use waidroid for) is myscript’s nebo, a handwritten note-taking app with quite good OCR. Since myscript don’t build their SDK for Linux, let alone apps, it’s somewhat the only way currently, I guess… Unless you can run wpf-s via wine somehow?
Looks like here may be your issue: https://github.com/apognu/tuigreet/issues/140
Stable Tuigreet is 0.9.0, which is affected, so if using that, makes sense to pull it from unstable otherwise just update, I guess
I kinda like my MX master 2s. Bluetooth is not ideal, but this thing works on every surface imaginable and has some insane battery life. Note: the drawback of being micro USB is quite easy to fix
I kinda hope smth like that would happen. In such case Russia is likely to strike back, and having 2/3 nations with ambitions of world domination minding their own business for once may prove beneficial for the world in general. Can’t say Chinese government is a godsend with all their censorship, but at least I don’t really remember them baselessly attacking other countries as of recently
Android translation layer is interesting. Well, at least I personally like this approach more than that of waydroid. Also would be nice to see the performance of that with binfmt compared to that of waydroid + libhoudini
Or build yourself a crkbd, yeah. That’s beside the point.
manually count
That’s why rnu
(i.e. relative numbering) is mentioned, tho
What stopped me personally was reading they use a different order of operations, so to say. Where vim goes action + range, helix goes (or at least used to go) range + action (like replacing ci"
by i"c
). Mb that makes more sense for them, but I’m too lazy to re-learn that for no particular reason
“Sane” keybindings are questionable given Ctrl’s location (painful to press with both pinky and thumb fingers). It’s standard, I’ll give it that, but those in helix or vim are mostly (I’m looking at you, navigation between splits) much saner all things considered
The use-cases for unquick GUI text editors are merely a subset of those solved by quick TUI text editors :P
y6jjp
is generally faster, tho, as long as you know you need exactly 7 lines or happen to have :set nu rnu
in your config. Also, if using nvim, having yanks highlighted helps immensely
Vim has a better way, it’s called :set clipboard=unnamedplus
(alternatively, one can bind anything else to copy/paste to/from system cliboards). Not sure why would one use a mouse for this, honestly
Idk if it surprises anyone, really. Besides, given those apps are trying to eat yt music’s lunch, it was more or less a matter of google considering them popular enough to take actively hostile measures… So, unsustainable in the long term, I guess.
Vimusic has been abandoned for like 2 years already. As for the others, there were issues for a quite while; besides, it’s not the 1st time yt changing some crap broke them. IMO, it’s about the right time to go navidrome + headphones + whatever provides recommendations (if you need those)
That’s the neat part: you reverse engineer it.
Huh, nice to see my initial judgment was incorrect
Idk, ESO is not that bad, as I’ve heard. Granted, it kinda just sits in my account with barely 3 hrs of playtime, but I’m not fond of multiplayer games in general
I was thinking of something more immediate and/or permanent, but I’m inclined to accept this as a viable solution given neither was explicitly promised by the meme
