Tbf my official YouTube also defaults to some shitty quality even on wifi, on my desktop and tv it always goes to 4k. I’ve also configured it to high picture quality or whatever.

Yeah it was because of my pihole. When using 4g I got the popup.

Sync didn’t prompt me at all and I’m from the eu.
