I’m sure that definitely contributed. But I think another big thing is that with the advent of the internet, artists don’t have to worry about censorship as much.

Back in the day, you used to discover new music through the radio. At least in the US, radio does not allow for curse words to be broadcasted. Sure, artists will often have both explicit and clean radio edits, but some just don’t bother and make one clean version instead.

Now that many people listen to and discover new music on platforms like Spotify, YouTube Music, Tidal, SoundCloud, etc., people don’t have to worry about censorship as much.

I could be wrong, though. It’s just a hypothesis. Maybe it was solely rap/hip hop and not much else!

Yeah I feel like I used to give the nature argument to support being gay, but in reality, being natural shouldn’t just mean that it’s good. There’s rape, murder, cannibalism, danger, poison, etc. in nature. Nature =/= good.

I’m not saying this because I’m anti-gay. Actually I feel like I’m on a bisexual-asexual spectrum. It’s just not an argument that we should be using I guess unless there’s a better way to spin that particular argument.

Before my current job, any job I’ve had had an 8.5 hour shift with a half an hour unpaid lunch. But I managed to score a gig where I have an 8.0 hour shift with a half an hour paid lunch. It seems uncommon in the US, but I guess it must be common elsewhere.

This is such a bizarre design. I wonder why they don’t just make a bit of a longer “leash” attaching the cap to the ring. Because then the cap wouldn’t detached but it also wouldn’t be annoyingly in the way like this.

Here in the US, I haven’t seen these bottles yet, but I wonder if we’ll be getting them at some point. :p

Now I’m just imagining in every movie or TV show if we had to watch people travel in real time to wherever they were going lol. Sounds painful.

I haven’t used Jerboa in ages because of how buggy it was in the beginning, but that looks very pleasing to me as well. So many of the apps out there just look too “busy” for me. I am also coming from Reddit is Fun, so I like as simplistic looking an app as possible. Voyager fills that role for me and fixed the bugginess issues I had with Jerboa.

I’m sure Jerboa is much more stable now, but I just haven’t had a reason to leave Voyager yet.

I haven’t seen a firefly since I was a small child. I’ve never really thought about them before, but it is kind of sad not seeing them. Generally I hate bugs, but fireflies are pretty.
