In case anyone actually wants to know a couple of reasons

A) It’s not fair that some people pay and some don’t. (Of course it’s also not fair that some can afford $70 on a video game and some struggle to buy food)

B) If everyone would pay then we’d all only have to pay $50 each, lowering the price for those that are paying $70 at the moment. (Whether developers would lower prices or just make more money is another question)

Once I’ve spent a couple of weeks with someone and decided I like them, I just straight up ask them if they want to go on a date and see if anything romantic happens. If they’re upset because I didn’t flirt well enough or because I was direct, it wouldn’t work between us anyway.

And I don’t really understand why you’d want to ask someone out if you don’t know them well, but I gather that that makes me unusual

My gardening is I just shove any interesting seeds I get into some soils and see what’s up. So far I’ve grown so many apples (but not many get past sapling stage…), pomegranates, passionfruit, peppers (accidentally killed over winter because I planted end of autumn. Thought that would happen but still), tomatoes, avocados. Mostly germinated on my windowsill in the UK, other than avocados which are weird.

Other options are cacti. Just cut a piece off and plant it and it’ll probably grow, that’s been my experience. Some inside and some in a greenhouse. Some are very picky but most are easy to grow and care for. Plus they often have beautiful but short-lived flowers, which makes then even more special when they’re in bloom (sometimes the flower literally lasts one night and you feel so lucky to see it)

Actually true though, in roughly half of all cases. More if you count cloud cover as not being blue
