No one knows the new crafting rules yet unless they were released in UA somewhere. I think they were just teasing them.

From my understanding, the rules will be same or similar for some things and revised from play testing for others. This is the culmination of that work and everything else they’ve been working on.

Are you trying to create a content management tool to make it easy to look up notes for your campaigns? Is this a place to store links? Is it meant to house player sheets?

Unfortunately, it’s a set/solid wood table (Amish made). It’s a solid top and legs at the corners. That’s why I was thinking about an entirely new table or these “accessories” to add

It was a good episode and confirmed what I was feeling about Omega since mid season 2. I predict she will leave the Batch at the end of this season and go train.

I also predict most of the clones leftover after a big battle will die or scatter into hiding.

The player obviously is stubborn and won’t apply what you’ve told them.

Kill their character. Their wizard with high intelligence wants to melee? The monsters are smart and they see the robe guy who gets stabbed easily - so that’s what they do. All. Of. Them.

Kill, kill, kill. Then have a chat with them after about why this happened. Let them know they know how to play the game but actions have consequences and the monsters are smart. You’ve let them have their learning curve and now there are stakes.

Really? Anything above Nintendo it has been true for me.

For immersiveness, I recommend miniatures to use on a grid (can be just paper with 1”x1” squares drawn with a pencil). One thing I can say for doing it cheap and quick is to buy a bunch of those small game piece holders (1”x1”) and find monster art online to print, cut, and put in the holders as your minis.

You can get basic rules online for free and you could probably pick up books used.

Playing in my 4e group, it’s all pen and paper and minis on a battle map that is drawn on.

I DM 5th and I use a battle map and minis, some printed mats, and a large books of battle mats (made by Loke). I also use dndbeyond to look up monster stats or quickly search rules and I play music via a Bluetooth lightbulb above our gaming table using Spotify. Finally, I use a laptop with google sheets for tracking initiative (and I kind of keep track of player HPs, AC, and spell saves) and google docs for outlining campaigns and taking notes.

My players for 5th use dndbeyond and can create characters using my resources I share and they are added to my campaign there so I can quickly review their stats/spells, etc as needed. Other players do it all pen and paper.

I liked the series overall.

I’m not sure how I feel about that finale though. It was a bit too predictable.

I can’t tell if they wanted it to end Ahsoka’s story there and cover everything about Baylan and Shin in the books fighting against Sabine and Ahsoka? Then are they going to use the crossover movie to kill off Ezra and Hera? I know The Ghost appeared in the sequels, but it could just be a similar freighter or maybe it’s Zeb or someone else (Carson) piloting it?
