Japan is weird.
I really want to go and get involved, and I don’t mean not in those weird videos or game shows you see on the internet.

Yea they really shoehorned her in. Would have been more accurate to make that character a man.
Oh well, could have been worse. Could have been made by Netflix.
I get that.
I don’t get the factory meme in general.
I don’t understand this meme. Can everyone stop posting it please?
Edit: you’re all boring.
What a load of horseshit.
I pretty sure the people that fought and died for those lines, the people that spent a lifetime building up something they love on one side of that line wouldn’t call them arbitrary. In fantasy land they might be arbitrary but in the real world they mean a lot. People who break the law shouldn’t be rewarded.
People aren’t suppose to be there. They should go somehow. If there are 15 million people and they largely seem to be one skin colour as you make out. That’s seems like a good starting point to me. How else would you do it?
Because trains will run 24-7 for 5+ years to deport 15+ million people?
That’s genuinely mindblowing. 1 that the trains are that bad. (Some lines hit 1.5 million per day). 2 That the situation is that dire it will take so long to fix it under ideal situations.
You don’t seem to be making any point but rambling from then on. Paying taxes says nothing without taking everything else into account. It’s literally meaningless. If they just need to reapply then it seems like they need some convincing. 15 million! Of course something needs to be done to convince them to stop breaking the law either ship them out if they aren’t meant to be there or convince them to do their civic duty
Lol how did removing people who are in the country illegally an even remotely controversial view.
No wonder the right are gaining votes all over the world. The left are their own worse enemy.
I don’t know why but I have been craving smoking so much lately. Just the activity of it.
I never even been a smoker before, just scabbed some off mates. Haven’t smoked at all in over a year.
Where is this craving coming from!
It’s surprised me once I got out of school and uni how little people know. But what really blew my mind is just how little they actually care.
Like someone will say they don’t know how something works, I’ll explain and they will stare at me blankly and I really realise they didn’t want me to explain and they were actually happy not knowing. Whereas I will look at something, whether it’s a kettle or pasteurisation or grass and wonder how it works. But for people actually to prefer not to know and live in ignorance really messed with me for a while.
I’ve largely given up now. My boss said he was getting all the heating changed in his house to have electric. I asked why he doesn’t get a heat pump and he told me it’s because they don’t work they just blow air our like a fan so it’s colder than an electric radiator. I just said okay and moved on.
Alien ones
Where’s all those 4chan short stories about humans being the “monsters”/ kick ass.
It was written from the point of view of a deer being tracked by a human even when they were out of sight and smell the humans keep coming and they never got tired.
There was also ones written from the point of view of aliens.
Fuck I wish there was a forum version of 4chan. All the best stuff is on there.
Every civilised country on earth uses metric.
Only the really shitty ones use imperial. Imperial is just stupid (unless you count in base 12 ironically)
There are 12 sections on your fingers (excluding your thumb) you then use your thumb to count to 12 on one hand.
Two hands can allow you to count to 24. Which is way higher than 10. Base 12 is better!
Can we all use base 12?
It will be a shower of shit for like 50 years but then it will be marginally better for pretty much everyone.
There is a whole thing about land use rights and energy and sustainability. But just because one guy was right on that doesn’t mean the whole movement wasn’t a complete disaster from the start.
As much as this website hates capitalism I’m still pro capitalist. But even I admit a lot needs to be changed. Land is one of the big things I have been contemplating lately. Having said that, there wont be any meaningful food production in cities for anything but mental health reasons.
There was definitely a crappier looking photo than that.
It looks like an abandoned building plot, a small one.
Where’s that 4chan post where all the BLM rioters tried to set up a new community in Seattle or something. Then they had everyone give there skills and what that want to do in the new world, everyone was saying they can grow food. Then there was the crappest plot of veggies I have ever seen.
What’s the deal with poo transfers?
They going to cure people that get ruined by antibiotics yet?
I love how you can have a really complicated problem and it can be solved with such a simple premise.
It’s just such a basic idea that’s obvious in hindsight.
Cheaper isn’t always better no.
Which is why it is so impressive that the Falcon 9 is cheaper than the competition and more reliable.
SLS is still in early days so it’s hard to compare as it lacks numbers of reusability. But any rocket that has flown a lot whether it be the shuttle or even the mighty Soyuz. Falcon 9 is the most reliable rocket in the world and the cheapest.
If NASA can’t build rockets as cheap or as reliable as space X then I think the argument is that the SLS is a waste of money.
Also perfect for going in a sarnie
