LoL plagues me as usual.
However I’ve been playing some Rust and Project Zomboid on the side.
I am also playing Skylords (fan resurrection of EA’s Battleforge) which is an RTS but your units/civ is made up by a deck of cards you build yourself. It’s a very different take on the RTS genre and I never saw anything like it.
Edit: might go enjoy GuildWars2 winter event. They are usually super fun.
To be fair, on the meme they aren’t saying communism is the solution (although there any many memes that do).
I think it’s easy to criticise capitalism because people live with it on a daily basis. If these people lived under communism they would criticise it somehow.
This kinda reminds me of something I heard someone say. It’s something like “Democracy is shit. But it’s the best shit we have”.
Is capitalism right? Nope. But I don’t feel like communism would be a solution either. But I’m all up for criticising whatever needs criticising otherwise things don’t improve/change.
Also speaking as an European we might not have it as bad as the US (which is where most people are from here). Just the fact that our healtcare is free is a huge plus. When I was younger I dreamt about living in the US or even just going to NY, SF etc. Now I’m afraid I might get shot, get a huge hospital bill and come back broke. 👌

Humm, I’ve had HP Elite Book (don’t remember the model. GC something.). No issues whatsoever. It’s so weird. I know Microsoft has a bad rep but I was under the impression that overall teams was good.
I hate that so fucking much. Why would I fill my phone with crap apps for something that I only use once a month or so? Teams wouldn’t be the case since I use it often. But so much more apps are asking and sometimes forcing you to download an app that’s the exact same shit as loading the page… 🤦🏻♂️

I’m wondering what kind of PCs people are using? I’ve never had most of your issues and I’ve been using teams pretty much daily for the past 3~4 years.
Not saying teams is perfect. UI is an absolute clusterfuck and it’s kinda heavy…
Never thought about that 2 organization’s thing. Really could be useful if you have a end client account or something, but truth be told the majority of users/companies don’t need it so I kinda see why they don’t focus on that. It would be neat to be able to do that though… For the time being I just use one on browser + one on windows app. 😬
As for the microphone thing, I have no idea what you all are talking about. I’ve been using teams since 2019 or so and I can’t remember than happening once… Not that I can remember anyways.
Oh, people do say that but maybe it has to do with the straw quality? The ones I usually use are from McDonald’s or Starbucks and those are fine. Unless you leave them there for a long time (1hour + maybe?).
I’m not US based so maybe in Europe they are sturdier? I dunno…
Nevermind, it seems the commenter above my initial comment is also based in Europe. Eastern Europe while I’m in Western Europe but it’s Portugal so, essentially, eastern Europe.
When all this started about the straws I bought a set of metal straws too but I’ve never heard of collapsible metal straws. That could be a handy item to have on you

Same, I usually don’t really participate but I love seeing people discuss political opinions objectively and willing to learn.
But hex\grad people were always “What do you mean [any post] isn’t political??!?! It’s clearly political because [absolutely unreasonable reason]”
The ragebait/sea lioning was getting too much. Eventually my mailbox was full of those trolls so I just went on a different instance that had both banned and I’m a lot happier. On the downside it’s now closer to an echo chamber but I guess I’ll just browse the memes and random crap then. I can work with that…

I use Firefox and also got that pop-up. Eventually I just grew tired of clicking the “X” button so I went on uBlock origin and added that stupid banner and the banner background to the blacklist.
It’s like nothing ever happened. And if shit continues to get worse, either someone comes up with a fix somehow, or I’ll just find a way to run ReVanced YouTube apk on my pc or something. I don’t care if I have to emulate it somehow.
Also, on mobile GrayJay is a good alternative to ReVanced. Made by LouisRossmann’s team apparently.
Yeah there was this news story a long time ago of 2 girls that were stuck on an elevator in Lisbon (Portugal). Apparently they looked up some number on their phones for Lisbon but since they were from the US it suggested some random city named Lisbon there. They spent a lot of time trying to explain where the elevator was located until they realised it wasn’t the same Lisbon.
(I think it’s a true story. Might just be an urban legend from Lisbon I guess 🤷♂️)
Sometimes it’s entertaining (and frustrating) to backtrack my train of thought. I’ll think about it for a while and eventually go “Ahhhh! That’s why I was thinking about X”.
Then I realise that it’s not really that interesting and that I was bothering my SO with all this thought process out loud expecting her to (somehow) be interested and share my excitement for finding out whatever I was thinking about.
Am I alone in this?

Usually I play Skylords for about 30~40mins to take care of the daily. Project Zomboid late at night maybe 2hrs or so. Ruat about 1~2 after I get off work and then some league ARAM games here and there. It’s tight but I manage.
I don’t think I could fit anything else in there though hahah I’m only considering GuildWars2 event since it’s the weekend :)
