Yeah I get that technically he did get what he ordered and you can’t argue with it. Still, it’s dodgy.
In general these are shipped with an NVMe and then the expansion slot is for a 2.5 inch sata sdd. So this has been modified at some point and the seller probably should have stated.
Oh now I’m worried about my order. Got an optiplex 7060 MFF on the way and ordered a sata 2.5inch SSD for expansion. Please be an NVMe!
I am partially deaf so it’s hard for me to hear lyrics, specifically the consanants of words. So I always sink into the song as a whole and vocals are just an instrument to me. When I read what the lyrics actually say I cringe a bit.
Agreed. Visually beautiful and morally hard. So difficult to save everyone but I loved it.
I’m not OP but can’t choose between Lateralus and Aenima. You?
I’m similar to you. Always on the hunt for something new. Yet the classics always find their way back at times. Deftones are my thing right now.
Banging list. Looks like it would have been similar to my listening activity around ten years ago (Apart from Kendrick).
For Lidarr I use Lidarr on Steroids (there is also Lidarr extended and a plug in script but I couldn’t get those going). Probably on me because I can’t get nginx going either.
I connected Deemix to it (you need a Deezer account) you can get MP3 for free, and with premium Deezer you can get lossless. All the music you want there.
There is also Soulseek for rare stuff but it’s manual and I cant find a way to connect it to Lidarr.
It’s a light globe for the house that has some sort of connectivity with it. Like wifi, bluetooth, zigbee so that you can control it remotely or automate it.
Ooh nice. I need to figure out some other type of bulb. The ones I have are TP Link Tapo Wifi and they’re too unreliable.
Oh and you can put Adguard on home assistant too as an add on.
I started my home assistant journey with 4 smart globes, a Google home speaker with a pi 4. I learned how to use it and started integrating things I don’t need hardware for, such as shopping/Todo lists, weather, Spotify, last.fm, calendars, basically anything I can learn without hardware. Right now I’m working on getting a shopping list sent to me when I enter the shops zone.
Then I bought a bunch of NFC tags (they’re cheap) for medication reminders, kitty litter reminders/tracking. I have a music poster in my house I’ve stuck an NFC tag to and it opens up the album on Spotify, turns on Bluetooth and connects to my speaker.
I’ve slowly been adding more devices as I go along due to cost constraints. Not that smart home stuff is expensive, I just can’t afford to do it all at once. Which also gives me time to consider/research smart devices before I buy.
100% recommend. It’s addicting actually.
Yeah I tried to get that working but couldn’t get it going for some reason.
Yeah both my mobile and internet are with Optus haha
I have Lidarr on Steroids to automate downloads. It uses Deemix to download automatically. Deemix will download in MP3 with a free Deezer subscription, but if you want FLAC you need the premium suscription, or the month trial.
In Lidarr you can import a spotify playlist and it will add all the artists for you, which then downloads through Deemix. You can even download the entire discography if you like. Plus extras like album art.
For streaming I use Airsonic from my PC, then the Substreamer app on my android for the front end. You can create playlists in here and can also download songs on your device for offline play.
When I’m done downloading the majority of my playlists Artists and want to get rid of the Deezer subscription, I’ll probably switch to Usenet and Soulseek to download.
It payed off today, we had a mobile/internet outage for most of the day and I was still able to stream music.
Thanks for sharing this. Enjoyed.
