Oh weird, I didn’t change any of my settings but it must have flipped off when I tried logging back in.
Thanks! Ill keep my stupid question up for others in case.
Agreed, it may help to reframe this not as a competition for your boyfriends attention but maybe rather as meeting her will expand your friend group? I don’t think its weird for my partner to text with my friends, so maybe its worth it to see her, spend some time with her, and get to know a person your partner highly values.
Definitely an optimistic viewpoint, but one that’s lead to my personal happiness with my partner.
And that kids is what kindney stones turn into, make sure you collect them all!
Didnt watch the trailer, but that name feels bound for SEO hell.
Yeah, it felt nice to play, but after dumping 8 hours into it two weeks ago I can’t even remember what a single enemy looks like.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. The tutorial sections did absolutely put me off the first time, but I saw flashes of brilliance after I got over that hump. Definitely gonna give it another go after the Helldivers rush wears off.
Man I WANT to love Horizon. It seems exactly like my type of game. But everytime I play it everything feels… insincere? Idk something about it doesnt hit. Still paid for it day one when it came to PC though to support the cross platform Sony initiative.
A lot of players were having crashing on startup or during character creator, so that could account for some valid criticism. But from those who have it running well (according to two of my buddies so totally anecdotal) the gameplay is pretty great.
Would love some Lemmy input on this as well
Look oddly more mature. I digg it.
Kitty fishing game. Looks cute, but fun? Only time will tell.
Okay. I use AI for hobbies, like art and getting D&D campaign ideas, so I was waiiting to see what the S24 could bring. Being able to do it locally on my phone would be amazing instead of zipping it off to DALLE or whatever.
I will almost assuredly not be paying for something that should be able to run on the locally on the hardware.
I could be misinformed but that was the whole selling point of Snapdragon 8 gen 3 was its on board NPU, no?
A new platformed to sink my teeth into. Im casually optimistic, but I have no attachment to the series, so I hope it lands well.
Looks cutesy and the art style is polished. Looks fine, if a bit bland.
I actually use the ergo keyboard pictured in the thumbnail and I actually really like it. Not love, but for WHF CAD drafting its fantastic.
Like its all plastic build quality, and the buttons arent fantastic, but man is the built in wrist rest and the endless amount of availible keys It does its job great.
I hope they can maybe introduce higher quality materials, but I wont hold my breath. Overall this is a net positive buts its so weird how willing Microsoft is to cook up full products and axe official support seemingly randomly.
holy shit great point
The timing actually bit me in the ass, as I got my SD only a few months before building a new 4k 120hz rig and TV update.
It gets its use more casual, quick gaming. When it is 930 PM I don’t want to take over my living room to game for an hour before I have to go to bed. So I pop on Shovel Knight Dig of whatever and dick around. Very rarely now is it my main gaming machine.
BUT
I use it in desktop mode for one of my two living room TVs. Its so FUCKING awesome having a full PC I can charge and keep alive with just a high powered USB C cable. Its an amazing media PC because of its size and doomed profile.
Would someone? Yes.
Unfortunately its way too similar to my day to day work for me to enjoy.
I think they kept it on the low because they don’t want people realizing that they’re viewing the contents of their whispers, even if you have no reasonable expectation of privacy.
