Drill, impact, etc are pretty much necessary to have cordless. I agree with the corded stuff though. Need an angle grinder or sawzall? Get corded. Way more powerful too.
Homophobia? Did we read the same comment?
My dad likes to tinker with stuff, and he’s a pretty mechanically inclined guy.
He pulled an old shitty lawnmower out of a scrap metal bin, and made a motorized bar stool. The bloody thing rips across his shop at like 20km/h!
I don’t know where I was going with that, but scrap metal bins are a gold mine for free shit to tinker with. Good luck brother
A heat gun to expand the metal and a rubber mallet or block of wood with a hammer to try and tap the handle would be my least destructive suggestion. You could try and use a pry bar, but you’ll run the risk of cracking a tile.
I think I’d give my former suggestion a solid shot before trying anything that could cause damage.
It’ll generally default to C drive on Windows. Most of the time, you’d click “browse” and select another drive.
If something is against “national interest” and your president is trying to become an autocrat, that means they can essentially pick and choose what national interest is. This should be setting off alarm bells in EVERYONE’S head as an obvious grab for power.
I’m not american, so I don’t have direct skin in the game, but everyone on both sides of the political spectrum who don’t self identify as fascist should be against this.
If you don’t interpret this as something extremely dangerous, you need to have a sit down and really think about the implications.
It really was weirdly good.
Did someone say Boogie Woogie?
Totally valid.
You’d want people to pay you for using a product they consume, especially if it’s a quality product. You sound like you’re entitled to free shit just because someone made their “fair share” off a game, and I’m sure that fair share is whatever arbitrary number you deem valid, which I’m guessing is low.
I’m saying, pay developers if you enjoy their stuff, especially indie developers. Vote with your wallet. Make it known you enjoy their stuff, so they make more of it. If you want to pirate, feel free, I encourage it, but also pay people what their worth if you can afford to do so. That’s my main point.
For you, do whatever the fuck you want because you’re not interested in listening to logic or reasoning anyway.
And they deserve it for making great products, which should be supported if possible.
Just my 2 cents, but those are devs that should be supported if possible.
Helldivers 2 with friends.
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Hadn’t played since I was much younger. Forgot how fun it was to kick everyone off ledges.
Binding of Isaac - once I figure out how to get my GOG save file on my partner’s PC to sync with my PC…
Total War: Warhammer 3. Played this one on and off. A mod I love just dropped a patch so I’m bad into it for now, until CA fucks something up again.
And Connect
It seems like it. I see a lot of people posting that they were using X app but sync is better.
I agree sync is an amazing app, both formerly for Reddit, and now for Lemmy, but huge kudos to the developers of existing Lemmy apps for working hard to make the mobile experience as good as possible for us Reddit refugees. I used connect until sync came out, and noticed it was frequently updated. I’d highly recommend everyone support their favourite app developer(s) in whatever way possible. Thanks Kuro!!
Friend, I am no Linux shill, but I switched to Mint last week on my secondary laptop, and let me tell you, it’s kinda cash and pretty easy.
I had to verify the integrity and authenticity of the Mint download itself, but it’s straightforward and tells you how to do that. Once you’re done, you install the OS just like you would with Windows.
Full disclosure, I don’t use the laptop for much, so no fiddling needed for me.
Edit: I guess I am shilling it, but I mean I’m not a Linux fanboy
