Don’t vote for Trump, democrats and liberals and progressives need to stop shooting themselves in the foot saying this. Don’t encourage people to vote for Trump for any reason.

The mailing errors are not with the post office, they’re with the county board of elections.
But also, Fuck DeJoy
No, we don’t know how many were not delivered. What we do know is the county is making simple mistakes that’s resulted in a 15 point drop in returns.
Across the state 2/3 of people who’ve requested a mail ballot have recieved and returned them. In this county on 52% have, with known mailing errors.
I’m just concerned. MAGA is going to ratfuck this election, wherever they think they can get away with it, and I’m just concerned that democrats are voting in easy to identify patterns that can be targeted.
Republicans who’ve been mobilizing to challenge ballots and election outcomes for months. Who have for years, been unashamed, to target and diminish democratic voting power. Who seem all but ready to destroy democracy and install Donald Trump as king.
My concern with early voting is it’ll make it easier for them to target democratic voters, especially if the numbers are that skewed.
At what point do we assume Trump ate a dog, he’s all projection. We know several of his political allies have killed dogs, because they could.
I’m hoping quote posts don’t result in more toxic twitter-like discourse. It’s one of the things I like about mastodon.
This read and feels like right wing propaganda, describing antifa as a violent terrorist group who claims responsibility for riots is almost funny.
A cursory search only brought up this same article copy-pasted to 4 different websites starting in June, and zero other mentions anywhere else of topic outside links to those 4 articles.
Don’t worry. Fema will run out of money before the end of hurricane season and Christian Nationalist Mike Johnson has refused to hold any votes giving it additional funding until after the election.
Democrats need to be pushing this out into the public consciousness hard, so when Fema does run out of money and people in dire need can’t get help, they know who to blame.
I think that’s an unhelpful narrative. I think a better narrative is people who needed help and got it, improved their community.
The residents of Springfield have needed help for a long time and haven’t gotten nearly enough and that’s why things hadn’t gotten better until now. The immigrants who have arrived and improved things are people who got the help they needed.
As someone who’s regularly been to Springfield, oh over the last decade. It’s not a beautiful place, it hasnt been for a long time. Most of downtown had been hollowed out and turned into parking lots, other buildings are deep in disrepair, which is contributing reason why it’s not recovered as quickly as neighboring cities like Dayton, Urbana, and Xenia.
It’s a hard hit rust belt city, long dealing with addiction and other deaths of despair.
I had to dig into the issue tracker to find the “non-political” and “anti-woke” messaging.
Oh look, a reactionary Godot fork that uses the name of a crypto exchange. They say it’s not political but what they mean is it won’t be “woke”.
Atleast it’ll be easy to identify companies that don’t deserve my money.
Any problem I’ve ever had printing is almost exclusively a problem with the printer, it’s usually yellow or cyan. Doesn’t matter the document is black&white.
I could have sworn at one point Russia claimed to have annexed certain parts of Ukraine due to ethnic Russians, very similar to Hitlers Sudetenland claims.
Correct its not his job and at best case scenario it’s introducing an appearance of impropriety.
Even if he isn’t trying to influence national or state elections, he still has plenty of motive to influence local politics.
Same, still loved it. The big reveal completely derailed my brain for a solid minute before I started cackling like a madman.
It’s an excellent movie, I would recommend watching it, even if the synopsis is insane.
I also would love to see a culture of voting. And I think getting people to vote is great, what I am specifically trying to critique is giving expressed permission to vote for Trump, I feel it undermines the truth that he is a danger to Democracy and the world by saying you don’t actually care who they vote for.
