Hell yes they need to lie! They probably say they voted for who ever the loudest person in the group did so they don’t get threatened. Us older generations shouldn’t be bullying the younger ones, we had our chance and here we are.

Try to remember, words are just that, words. Intent is what makes them good or bad.

Sorry to poke my head in here, but if you could point me in the direction on how to communicate better with my 16yo son who is “high functioning?” On the spectrum? He’s into “gangsta lifestyle?” But anyways there’s too much to unpack. I support him and love him, and I think he knows it but I’d like to be able to help him more. All the ? Marks are because I’m not sure of the terms or if they offend, I’m just trying to ask for help. Thank you

In my move over to lemmy I got nostalgic for how some older things were done, what you might be talking about are FAQs for specific topics like we had in the Usenet days.
