Eventually supply will catch up with demand which will supress rent (if we do something about the price fixing) and it will no longer be a viable investment. They’re probably losing a lot to management costs and capital expenses already.

A lot of boomers are going to die in the next ten years or so. That is the biggest age demographic in the u.s. the population is going to shrink by a lot. That’s why there’s a push to make people have more kids, because otherwise workers and consumers have a lot more power.
Stop investing in specific industries.
I ain’t your mother

I did it just to show you that you should block it out. It’s not your full address, just the block number.
That’s what the +4 code is in the zip code
I didn’t vote for my local da because she ran unopposed (and she excused a cop for wrongdoing when he shot a kid in the back)
You live in Orlando.
I have no plans to do anything demanding with it. I have plenty of other PCs that can do that kind of stuff. I just want something I can fire up to run older software, possibly plug something into a pci slot, serial or parallel port, read/write floppy disks and CDs DVDs.
4 ram slots with 1gb each. Looks like I could go up to 8gb maximum with 2gb sticks. They have core2 quad q6600 I think.
I used to have a power bank case for an old phone that had a weak battery. Battery got low I would just turn on the power bank in the case and charge the phone. It doubled the thickness of the phone but I don’t think it really bothered me at the time. This was the Amazon fire phone from 2014? You could get them for $100 and get a free year of prime. I rooted it and installed some custom os on it.
You can put a lien on their house if they didn’t pay. Then if they want to ever sell the house or get another loan they have to pay you.
I would have sued them personally for defamation just under the small claims court amount ($10k) with a jury demand. Small claims cases in my state cannot be dismissed for cause of action. They could ask for a summary judgement, but that would still cost more in attorneys fees than just settling.
I deconstructed the underlying methodology of the creator of the system in order to understand their internalized blind spots or artificial limitations imposed on them by unrelated third parties at the time of the systems creation.
Then they also get mad when you find an easier way to accomplish the same thing in a fraction of the time or even automating it.
Reselling took off in the past few years and everyone thought they could get in on it. Goodwill realized that they were leaving money on the table and started jacking up prices and opened their own online auction site for the better stuff.
Dumdums who think they want to get into reselling keep buying junk for high prices there and then can’t handle the reselling game.
Not exactly a good business strategy. You can deduct the taxes, insurance, management costs, but you have to amoratize depreciation of the building over 28 years. Not to mention that an empty house is going to start developing problems fairly quickly.
