Jumped to Lebara once Three started charging for EU roaming. Uswitch have a nice plan with 21GB/month for about £8–9/month. Includes EU roaming. No lock-in or contract. I think it also includes some free minutes to dial EU numbers. Pretty much better in every way.
Just chain-watching horror films. Same as every year.
I think they have a place, but personally speaking, I feel they stifle tinkering. So they’re a “no” for me.
I ended up choosing Plasma Mobile. Keep meaning to try Phosh. I was initially more drawn to Plasma Mobile as I use KDE on my laptop & desktop.
A lot of the newer AMD models have excellent battery life thanks to the combined efforts of Vavle & AMD on the Steam Deck.
My unbiased opinion is that for what it sets out to achieve (no hastle Arch Linux setup) there are better options. EndeavourOS is worth looking at. I’ll leave it to others to list the drawbacks of Manjaro’s package triaging approach. I’m still having my morning coffee in bed, so I’m typing this with one hand.
I still takes notes at work meetings. Mostly so that I dont forget what was agreed or what I’m supposed to be doing.
Outside or work, I make tons of lists. I find them really helpful to know what needs doing and what needs prioritising.
Notewise, I use an old fashioned notepad + desktop stickies. For my life lists I use Simple note.
Wouldn’t it need to be git rebase -i --root
for the first part?
I’m only about 160h in, but I’m not sure I can bring myself to do another playthrough. I still have Sekiro to do. I’ve barely started that. Will probably call it a day for ER once I’ve slain Melina.
Elden Ring. Always Elden Ring. It’s massive. Don’t know when I’ll finish everything I want to.
Yup.
It’s been rubbish where we live. I don’t feel like we’ve had a summer this year. There’s been the odd hot day, but it’s most rained and/or been windy and/or been overcast.
Did the same as you. On CalyxOS on a Pixel 5 ATM. Figured I’d circle back & try my PinePhone again at some point.
The Dualsense is a really good controller. Would only change it if there was a compelling reason. Plus, if you still have a PS5, using the same type of controller for everything will make switching between systems less awkward for your muscle memory.
We usually go out for food once a week (unless we’re having a hard month). Beyond that, it’s usually the same 5–6 dishes over and over again.
Life choices were made.
How can you tell?
I will eventually. I’ve always been more of a lurker though.
I used to, because I had a buggy TP-Link modem/router, & adding a cap was the only way that port forwarding would magically start to work. I have no idea why. The bug never got fixed.
