As someone who personally is in s romantic relationship I’ve always thought that it’s fucking weird to care about if others are single. I get why it’s done, culturally, but I think it’s a practice that should’ve been abandoned long ago.

Look, if everyone just decided on a style and everyone went with it within a system I’d be okay with that. It’s not great but at least it wouldn’t be jarring.

But having to live by the whim of 50 different app designers is disgusting. I just want to have a good time, not learn 50 different interfaces.

Though my thoughts on it would also stifle new ideas. So that’s bad.

Back when I had a Chromebook I actually had to open it up and remove a screw to be able to do it.

Hope someone who uses filters can give you some insight on it’s functionality!

I don’t know about filters because I haven’t used them since reddit so maybe they’re broken but logging in and out is done in the upper left corner in the profile switcher.

And that’s a fine position to have. There’s nothing wrong with that. Complaining about the ads and the price when there are so many good apps isn’t useful to anyone however. I don’t personally like jerboa, nothing wrong with it but it’s not for me, but thunder is great and many others as well.

It’s a weird thing to complain about. There are so many other apps out there, and while I think this app is worth every penny and that it is the best Lemmy app I totally understand that the price isn’t something everyone can stomach.

Just try something else. I personally don’t think any other app is as good but I do think they’re all great and worth trying.
