Lately my Pixel cant even keep up with all of them and some are slipping through. Going into the spam folder is almost comical.
How do they put them on in the first place? Cute AF though.
Skyrim character creation after forgetting to turn the camera.
For real! The black hair girl with the lower voice parts was awesome. Shes got some pipes, especially for the lower register like that!
Based on stories like this coming out over My lifetime. The earliest known civilizations keep getting pushed back by thousands of years each time a new discovery is made. Each time a new story comes out, Scientists are “amazed at the level of technology that primitive humans had”. I’m not saying that ancient humans were technologically advanced, and living in Atlantis or anything of the sort, but I do believe society started way earlier than modern science gives us credit for. Again, this is all conjecture and speculation and to be honest I didn’t realize what instance I was posting this in or I probably would have kept my opinion to myself.
I’m a firm believer that we are a race with amnesia. The Younger Dryas extinction event reset the human race, leaving our numbers decimated and with only small pockets of survivors left to rebuild.
I’m just going to leave this here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Betteridge’s_law_of_headlines
I’m sitting here waiting to go into a work holiday dinner that we are being forced to go to. Somehow I think telling my boss how I really feel about this diner might backfire. Being able to pay bills is always a plus.
Same reason professional chefs eat ramen and grilled cheese when they’re not working.
I wanted to learn more so i went looking for an article. Heres a pretty good write up. https://www.sciencealert.com/flowers-are-spreading-in-antarctica-as-summer-temperatures-soar
TLDR: Lots of flowering plants, moss and algae spreading. In March, temperatures near the south pole reached 39 °C above normal for three days in a row, hitting a peak of -10 °C (14 °F). Warm enough for researchers to walk around in shorts and shirtless…In Antarctica. Yeah were fucked.
Birthstones are like the zodiac signs of geology. Each month gets assigned a gemstone.
She sounds like a keeper!
My parents worked together at a Bar/restaurant in the 80’s. from the ages of 3-10ish i was basically raised at the bar of this restaurant. Id snack on cocktail peanuts and maraschino cherries all day and the bartender would make me virgin cocktails whenever i asked. The place was always full of people smoking cigarettes and cigars up front and smoking weed/ doing other stuff in the back. Looking back, im like wtf were my parents doing??, but that was just normal back then. If I wasn’t with mom and dad, id be with grandma and she smoked like a chimney and would drag me to bingo or some other gathering where all her friends were smoking too. Wild times man.
Well that’s gunna be stuck in me head for the next 3 weeks.
Im still not sure it isn’t.
My boss holds Meeings all the time. Almost every meeting is about her and how great she is. I will now call these meeting “meeings”.
The first games that popped into my head were Forager and Outpath, though these arent so much community building type games. They are more just something cute to relax to. They have farming and resource collecting and honestly play more like an active idler game than anything. Another game ive sunk tons of time into that kinda meets your requirements is Banished. Its just a medieval city builder game but it is deceptively hard to get a good balanced town going which can be pretty rewarding in itself. Theres no money per se but you do have to manage resources. Theres bartering in the game but you use your resources like crops and stone and stuff.
