Working long solo sessions of people leaving me the fuck alone tends to be correlated with me getting projects done.

Solution is stop using delivery services.
No joke, 50th anniversary of the first F16 flight is coming up very soon.
Granted the guts of that plane have been upgraded over and over, but still.
My Plex is ready.
Eh, I’m here to relax and have fun.
Not be told I’m a piece of shit who deserves to be executed because I had the audacity to be born every ten minutes.
If stealing the car leads to a chase that ends with an accident and death, I can see it.
Didn’t read the article to know if that’s the case here or not.
S2 was ordered before all of S1 even aired.

That’s not really an answer.
The things that make people feel/act this way are typically the really important stuff that has to get done or else there are consequences.
We can’t just accept ‘i just couldn’t’ in many of these situations.
My trick is melatonin and PBS YouTube videos, audio only. Ones I’ve seen before.
The audio is enough to keep my mind from running on it’s own and eventually the melatonin kicks in to take it down while it’s distracted by dinosaurs or whatever.
Melatonin on it’s own will just make me suffer being tired but not able to rest my mind enough to fall asleep.
Listening to something interesting like an audiobook will do the same.
It needs to be something that will catch my attention but also not be something I really want to hear more of.
Music doesn’t keep my mind from wandering like speech does.
I’ll tell you, I have my setup to the point where I go to one website, subscribe to a show, and episodes of that show appear to watch on my TV same day they are released.
I also set myself up to get email alerts telling me what new episodes I have to watch when they are done being downloaded.
… Setting all that up took me awhile and will take tech skills. But now that it’s set up, it’s zero touch aside from adding new shows.
Plus, I never have to worry about trying to find where to stream at it and even if my Internet goes out I can still watch my shows
Anytime you are doing any kind of military or police action within a civilian area there is always the risk of unintended civilian harm.
If police and military forces took this doctorine that any amount of risk is too much then they simply would be unable to operate.
There has to be a certain amount of acceptable civilian risk and that should be proportional to the threat you are attempting to stop.
Just to clarify, I’m not advocating that Israel is taking acceptable risks. But I am advocating that those risks will always exist with ANY police or military action and the primary debate is over where the red line of acceptable/unacceptable is.
All nations are built and maintained by violence, either directly or by threat of it.
It’s a core component of sovereignty. To be able to call your government sovereign you must have the capacity to resist both external and internal actors from being able to overthrow you.
You must also be willing and able to use violence against those under your rule who disobey your laws (i.e, arresting a murderer).
Good. Embrace me technology.
Keep in mind that depending on the type of eye issue they may not need them all the time. In this example the person only needs then to read and it might actually make their vision worse to wear them when not.
Where do they ‘pull out’ to exactly?
… The very first link you provided shows a chart that has more assistance going to corn than beef, more going to soy than dairy and more going to wheat then pigs.

I have a Samsung TV and it’s kind of irritating that it does this same thing. Any option you leave selected for a few seconds will start playing a sample
It’s frustrating to have to go hunt for a safe place to put my cursor so my TV doesn’t start playing something I don’t want it to.
