I much prefer the tap to collapse with a nice smooth animation like Jerboa but I can compromise in the meantime.

Apologies, I was just agreeing with the commenter above, I didn’t mean to bring negativity to your project. My comment was more just an excuse to comment on Lemmy to get some engagement on the platform.

I just stumbled on a new project called Thunder, made for iOS and Android. Looks really good so far.

I completely agree, if a project has not photos I just assume the UI is terrible and look for an alternative.

It’s the bare minimum to include screenshots if you want people to be interested off the cuff. I’m not going to clone the repo and build the project it just to see what it looks like.
