To be fair, most of time you can just Google %appname% screenshot. I understand that this is not as convenient as having screenshots in the readme, but eh, it’s not as big of a problem when you realize this.

P.S. I do actually add at least one screenshot for my software. Maybe because sometimes UI is one of the main focus, idk. I just feel like it.

Actually thinking about the same. Not too familiar with how Lemmy works generally (please don’t kick me for the question), but won’t there be problems with federating to/from other popular instances?

I just tried to use reddit via third party app, then got reminded that it’s over. Decided to check out whatever still works and found Sync for Lemmy, wondering if it’s similar. Turns out, it’s even better lol
