I want to hide those posts that I have seen already. Also, is there an option to read on scroll?

Lemmy itself has a setting that does that. You have to log in on the website to change it.

Keep in mind that this will hide all of your own posts from you, including in your account view outside the saved posts view.
The app requires that you actually open the post to mark as read I think, then there’s an option at the top right to hide read. They don’t seem to auto hide and they come back on refresh
