Until you start getting into eating some of them in large quantities and differences in people’s digestive systems.
Anyway, matsutake are perfectly safe to eat more than once unless you specifically have some sort of sensitivity to mushrooms in general.

Don’t forget that most mushrooms are poisonous/inedible raw you have to cook them with few exceptions.
I would love to forage but the risk of eating something poisonous definitely puts me off doing it
