Intentional destruction of religious sites such as cemeteries = violation of international law = war crime.

I don’t mean to have an emotional fist fight, and I think Israel has a bad track record for avoiding civilian casualties to say the least, but I don’t understand what Israel would have to gain by using expensive bombs on a cemetery. Just making sure we remain credible in our criticism of israel

Edit: thank you for the replies guys. It helps me understand what looked like a propaganda article at first glance

I think it’s about hatred. It’s about destroying a community and saying “You have no place here, not even your dead”.

Germany razed Jewish cemeteries and usedgrave markers as paving stones.

Destroying everything Palestinian to eventually make Gaza an extension of Israel. And they’re doing this in the most obscene way possible so that nothing is left. Everything is destroyed. And that people forget.

It’s all about propaganda and trying to create the illusion of evidence to gain international support. We have pretty much reached the point where “Israel claims…” has as much weight as “Russian says…” keeping in mind that Russia has also killed their own people and tried to blame it on the enemy.

They didn’t use bombs, they bulldozed it. If you look at the footage there’s corpses and body parts dug up all over the place.

There’s footage of the aftermath of this. Shrouded corpses and mangled body parts stick out of the ground amist piles of dirt and tank tracks. It’s horrific.

Let me know if you find out, I’m still horrified at the amount of support they are getting.

But that press release also undermined Goldfuss’ claim that the underground command center was directly below the cemetery.

    1. Hamas HQ is located below this residential district, let’s level it.

    2. Hamas HQ is located below this hospital. Let’s level it.

    3. Hamas HQ is located below this cemetery. Let’s level it.

    4. To be continued…

I have no idea what they’re trying to say in this article. What questions were raised? Sounds like they’re just agreeing with the IDF report.

      Do they?

But that press release also undermined Goldfuss’ claim that the underground command center was directly below the cemetery. A map released by the military placed the command center outside the graveyard.
