I think Cruelty Squad counts as biopunk. It’s really, really crusty biopunk, but still biopunk. I mean, you can get your appendix modified to work as a grappling hook, you can get holes drilled in your body that expel waste to either let you double/triple/quadruple jump or launch you forwards.
