    This shit is one of the biggest reasons my weight yo-yos and I have trouble consistently losing weight. I’ll get to that point and then end up overeating without realizing it and then there goes a few days worth of progress.

    Add to that the chronic joint pain limiting movement and you get a constant struggle with weight.
