Andres Cardona, Natural

Light roast, with very clear notes of strawberry and springtime floral blooms. I don’t taste the chocolate, though, but I do taste something else… blueberry, maybe?

It is acidic, but not too much. More than I expected from this region, though.

What are your favorite regions, and what about them has awarded the ‘favorite’ status?
