He rigged it in the traditional way that bourgeois elections are. Even before Trump entered politics, well-respected studies have shown that this is an oligarchy, not a democracy.
I wouldn’t say he admitted it either. I’d say he’s bragging about it.
He may even believe in his heart that he won by rigging the election.
