A divided Board of Supervisors renewed Pima County Administrator Jan Lesher's contract, giving the top bureaucrat a 27% raise and 10% more in deferred pay. Lesher told the Sentinel she plans to retire after two more years, saying "the days of anyone serving for 30-plus years are over."
