It was very clearly their one overarching necessity during the general insanity of Trump’s admin. Everything else they fought over and frequently failed at, but the trillion to the wealthy was overwhelming, united front, and the first major thing through Congress. Everything else was leftovers and pandering to less important people like their base.
Maybe just protect everyone’s right to privacy?
