I could be wrong but I think people underestimate how pleasant it is to see someone just having a good time. It always brings a smile to my face to see people doing things like this, or dancing, or some other joyful activity.

I mean, yeah, that’s generally more the response, but I don’t mind explaining things a bit if they’re interested enough to inquire.

I used to do that, but these days I just say I play “tabletop games.” And then one of three things happens: “Huh? What do you mean?” In which case I can clarify a bit, and usually wrap up with “Games similar to D&D.” “Oh okay.” Obvious disinterest, no need to elaborate further. “What system do you play?” Ah, a fellow player identified!

Anecdotally, I was tinkering with it earlier this year and finally stopped being lazy and flipped my main PC over. After I talked about it enough in my friend chat, three more friends followed suit and a fourth is going to soon. It’s not just the end of supporting Windows 10, it’s all of the repeated bugs, glitches, and AI garbage Microsoft has been pushing everywhere so aggressively. People who would likely only rate themselves as “mildly” tech savvy are sick of it and willing to make a move, I feel.
Set up Zipline to share bigger files with my friends.

I do Top Day for my subscribed communities, and then when I get through that, I switch to All and Active and I’ve found quite a few interesting posts and communities that way.
Don’t forget “I earned this!” while shaking down the serfs and scooping up what comes out.

Thank you! And definitely the same for me. Just like my cat, I am very food driven.

Thank you very much! One of them is definitely shaping up to be quite promising. :)

I have to have a protein focused breakfast, so usually some form of eggs. I have a lot of crustless quiches, scrambled eggs, omelets. Good thing I like them so much!
If I ever develop an egg allergy I am completely fucked lol

I did well on a couple interviews today so I walked down to the local cafe and had a chai latte and a maple bar.
Tomorrow, if I do well on that interview, I’ll go walk downtown and get lunch at the local thai restaurant I like!

If the dev does indeed allow for custom servers, I imagine if the ‘main’ server fills up, someone could join a fresh/empty server and start anew?
Does getting laid off because a vulture company scooped up the place I was working, harvested the minimum wage workers, and fired everyone with a salary once they were done scraping our institutional knowledge out count?
Damn. That’s both beautiful and delicious sounding. Well done!
My players and I all love to roleplay so we’re fine with this sort of thing. That said; generally I encourage a little roleplay up front, then we see the roll. Then depending on whoever thinks of the funniest outcome first, the player either adds something to reflect the roll’s outcome, or I find some reason why whatever they said up front did/didn’t work. Either way, it’s great fun for all of us!
On the rare occasion I run for a different/new table though? Nope, not unless I see the players showing initiative by roleplaying without my prompting, I’ll assume we’re here to play it straight.

I believe the numbers I saw were about 3-5k, so it might not handle your collection well. However, I encourage you to check their github to confirm rather than just go off my vague recollection alone.

The devs are also pretty responsive to bug reports!
I will say that they themselves have mentioned that there is kind of a limit in library size because the project is meant to serve “small to modest personal libraries” but I think it was ranked as a few thousand, so that won’t be a problem for most people I think.
Why is weight a disqualifier?
I do play Pathfinder!
