Yes, exclamation is fine (or whatever is the official way, I think I saw community links starting with !@
?)
Oh, and one other thing I just remembered I’d love to see in Sync - Crossposting. Right now if I want to crosspost, I need to leave the app.
Ability to copy community’s link in Lemmy format
Ability to link/reference communities in a comment using symbol (you press
and start typing community’s name and it drops down a list to select one). Not sure how viable to implement this would be, sounds hard… 🥹
Similar as above - ability to call a Lemmy user via symbol and get a drop down of usernames, starting with the ones commenting on the same link? (Lower priority than linking communities)
Lemmy syntax to do these things is super weird and would be really helpful if Sync helped automating it.
Other than that - props and thanks to the devs for making this awesome app. Wish other apps had so many customization options and put user comfort first. Those “little” things like, for example, ability to search through options or even directly link to specific options are super cool! And the fact that you ask users what they’d like to see next is just an icing on the cake 😊

OMG this actually exists 😀
Wait, you have to pay for using Usenet?
You won’t be playing GTA 6, huh?

russians have been claiming they’ve been fighting the whole NATO for 2 years so I don’t see this as an escalation.
Browsers also keep the bookmarks locally with an option to sync. You can export/import them too if needed. Sorry, still not seeing an added value of an external bookmark manager.
Unless what you’re trying to say is that it backs up the websites themselves locally then… that’s at least interesting.
I use the one built in Vivaldi. What’s the point of an external bookmark manager?
Don’t see any info about it in any reliable news sources.

Israel immediately denounced the decisions and recalled its ambassadors to the three countries.
Oh, such a butthurt!
Props!

We are introducing a new Game Pass recommendation card on the Settings homepage.
They are saying like they just invented something amazing, yet they are just pushing a fucking ad.
The Game Pass recommendation card on Settings Homepage will be shown to you if you actively play games on your PC.
How would you know what we actively do on our PCs, huh? Huh???
Good news is that you can turn off most ads, including app promotions in Windows 11’s start menu.
For now, but you have to be extremely naive to believe they don’t plan to change this as soons as they reach a certain number of users. They already did things like that in the past.
This is to all the people that claim that only Netanyahu is the problem.
