The US Navy, simply on its own, have enough nukes to completely envelop the earth with nuclear fire 37 times over, consecutively, if they decided to deploy them in such a manner. I do not know how many the Army, Air Force, or other branches have in possession.
My point is, that if someone wanted to fuck around, we would all find out together.
The US navy also has the world’s second largest air force. Beaten only by the US air force.
Russia and China have no motivation.
I guess Nuland wasn’t compatible with the US finally coming to its senses.
