I think there is way more to it than just that. For example, the strangely lax security, and bizarre comments by insiders beforehand about how “shots will be fired” etc.

I think it’s more appropriate to apply Occam’s & Hanlon’s razor logic here tbh. I doubt these simpletons would go to such lengths to paint themselves as victims of violence in this case, it’s highly probable that they’re just too stupid to take the proper precautions as opposed to the whole thing being a malicious attempt at perception manipulation. Not only that but I applied the principle to this most recent assassination attempt, not the current administration as a whole. It’s not mutually exclusive with any malicious acts in the past year and a half. Real events aren’t neat narratives, things that happen don’t have to reflect any theses or character traits 100% of the time.

Part of me wonders if some of these are folk just wandering through DC or FL security armed (because in statesia, hoorah guns second amendment something something shall not be Manitoba’d something something) and they just filled out the survey wrong or I don’t know.
