Somewhere down at the end of the 2026 ballot, voters will likely be asked to lift Pima County's spending limit. Without voter approval, the county will be looking at budget cuts in all departments in the coming years. If the "ayes" carry the day, there won't be a lot of changes but the county can keep on keeping on until the middle of the century.
