Oh hello mr officer, yeah its absolutly ok to block the midlane, ive saw a car there before three hours and in the next 6 hours i expect another one. There was this idiot on feddit who said its ok when there is a car FROM TIME TO TIME. Pls just answer when ure back in reality.

The “hin und wieder” (which is how you say “from time to time” in German) was from your own link. You are just mad. You don’t know how to drive, you don’t know the laws, but you think you are above them. Get back to driving school, loser.
